• Secure Payment Processing via Stripe: All transactions are processed directly by certified banking infrastructure via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Poppycorn TV never views, handles, or stores your raw card numbers or CVC codes.

2. 40-Day Free Trial Privacy

During the 40-day free trial, Poppycorn TV functions on your Smart TV without requiring account creation or payment information. We only verify the trial expiration timestamp to ensure smooth playback without collecting personal usage profiles or behavioral data.

3. No Content Hosting or Monitoring

Poppycorn TV is exclusively a media player. We do not host, store, catalog, or monitor media files, video streams, or channels. Any playlists added by the user remain private and under the sole ownership and responsibility of the user.
