How to Check Your Account
Open the Poppycorn TV app on any of your devices and note your Serial Key shown on the startup screen.
Choose Serial Key or Email tab and enter your identifier in the field above.
Click Check Account — your subscription details appear instantly.
Review your plan type, expiry date, connected devices and playlist count.

How to Find Your Poppycorn TV Serial Key
Your Serial Key is a unique code assigned to each device when you install Poppycorn TV. It is displayed on the app's startup screen before you enter any playlist. The Serial Key format looks like 0B110b01 and is the primary identifier used to activate your subscription at poppycorn.tv/activation. If you cannot locate your Serial Key, you can also use the email address you registered with at activation as an alternative — simply switch to the Email tab above.
If you cannot see the startup screen, go to your app\'s Settings → Account section to find the Serial Key. Alternatively, if you registered with an email, use the Email tab on the checker above.
What Does the Account Checker Show?
- Status — Whether your subscription is Active or Expired.
- Plan Type — Trial, 1 Year Plan, or Forever (Lifetime) plan.
- Days Remaining — How many days until your subscription expires.
- Max Devices — How many devices your plan allows simultaneously.
- Connected Devices — All devices currently registered to your account.
- Playlists — Number of M3U or Xtream Codes playlists saved to your account.
- Creation Date — When your account was first created.
- Expiry Date — The exact date your subscription ends.
My Account Shows as Expired — What Do I Do?
If your account is shown as Expired, your subscription period has ended. Your playlists and device registrations are preserved — you simply need to renew your plan. Visit poppycorn.tv/activation, enter your Serial Key or email, choose a new plan and complete payment. Your account will be reactivated instantly.

Where do I find my Serial Key?
Your Serial Key is displayed on the startup screen of the Poppycorn TV app when you first open it on your device. It is a unique code used to identify and activate your subscription.
Can I check by email instead of Serial Key?
Yes. If your account was activated with an email address, you can use the Email tab on the checker above. Enter your registered email to look up your account status.
Why does my account show as Expired?
Your subscription period has ended. Visit poppycorn.tv/activation to renew your plan. Your playlists and device registrations are preserved — only payment is needed to reactivate.
What is the difference between a 1 Year and Forever plan?
A 1 Year plan gives you 12 months of access and must be renewed after expiry. A Forever (Lifetime) plan never expires — you pay once and the account remains active permanently with no renewal required.
How do I add more devices to my account?
The maximum number of devices is determined by your subscription plan. To add more devices, upgrade to a higher-tier plan at poppycorn.tv/activation which allows a greater device limit.
The checker says "Account not found" — what should I do?
This means the Serial Key or email you entered is not registered in our system. Double-check the Serial Key from your app startup screen — it is case-sensitive. If you used a different email at activation, try that instead. Contact support@poppycorn.tv if the issue persists.
